The candidate should have basic networking knowledge and hands-on experience in desktop support.Key Responsibilities:– Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and network-related issues– Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, printers, and peripheral devices– Install, configure, and support Windows OS / Office 365 / Outlook– User account management through Active Directory– Handle ticketing system / incident logging and resolution– Support VPN connectivity and basic network issues– Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for unresolved issues– Ensure IT policies & security compliance– Provide remote and onsite user supportRequired Skills & Qualifications:– Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop / Network Support– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, O365– Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Switching & Routing– Experience with Active Directory & Ticketing Tools– Strong troubleshooting and communication skills– Certifications preferred: CCNA (basic), MCP, ITIL Foundation– Ready to work in shifts / onsite support if requiredEducation:– Diploma / Graduate in IT / Computer Engineering– Relevant technical certifications preferred
