Responsibilities: Lead and supervise NDT activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.Review and approve NDT procedures, techniques, and reports.Coordinate NDT testing schedules with construction and inspection teams.Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of NDT equipment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 NDT personnel.Conduct audits and inspections to verify the quality and integrity of welds and materials.Ensure all NDT activities comply with relevant standards such as ASNT, AWS, API, or other applicable codes.Maintain detailed records of NDT activities, findings, and certifications.Troubleshoot technical issues during testing and recommend corrective actions.Promote safety and quality awareness among team members.Qualifications: Level 3 certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT) from a recognized certifying body (e.g., ASNT).Minimum 8 years of experience in NDT, with at least 3 years in supervisory or lead roles in refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects.Strong knowledge of NDT techniques, standards, and quality control procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience working in EPCM and construction environments preferred.
