Job Description

Our ClientIs one of the market leaders within the Biologics field. They are a Global MNC with a largescale portfolio across Biologics, Generics, OTCs & R&D product lines.We are looking to bring onboard a National Sales Manager in the UAE to expand their OTC & Generics business unit to a greater scale.Your Responsibilities

  • A strong focus on a commercial build out of their Generics & Over the Counter Goods OTC portfolio within UAE.
  • Building new business channels and revenue lines for the OTC & Generic portfolio in the business.
  • Supporting & Liaising with the GM and wider Sales teams as well as the Distributor networks in the country & wider MEA region.
  • Creating key profitability within the business and YoY growth overall.
  • Line Management responsibilities will also be included, which will be direct oversight of Sales Representatives in the UAE & Indirectly overseeing the Distributor staff as well.
Your Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of UAE Market, Regulations, Licensing, etc. MEA knowledge is preferred.
  • 7-10+ Years experience wanted in Sales/Commercial/BD Manager role.
  • Must have worked in a Regional or MNC Pharmaceutical Company.
  • Must have worked on OTC & Generics portfolios before.
  • Must be based in the UAE and able to work/commute to Dubai.
  • Languages: English fluent / Multilingual is a bonus
