Job Description

Overview of the role˙To follow up and be responsible for all landscape and irrigation services inside CFC.˙˙What you will do˙

  • Ensure the operation and performance of˙the landscape /irrigation systems˙of CFC is as per design plans and˙continuous improve of the budget.
  • Ensure the level of Landscape maintained at a high and always above expectations.
  • Enhance team performance and create team successors.˙
  • Manage and enhance service providers strategic plans.
  • Manage landscape OPEX and Capex.
  • Closely monitor the maintenance programs, reports and results.
  • Closely monitor the performance of third party service providers.
  • Handle and execute client requests and complaints as received from Helpdesk.
