JOB PURPOSE:To secure the availability of the stocks through smooth importation & clearance process

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for creating a dynamic import and clearance process, solving the various administrative issues and building a strong & professional relationship with the service provides.
Prepare all the required documents for implementing a smooth import process
Daily reporting shipments status and expected arrival dates.
Aware of all GOEIC & Customs regulations
Ensure that systems and methods stated in IKEA Concept Documentation are implemented in regards to your areas of responsibility
Maintain on-going communication with the IKEA distributor regarding all issues related to supply of the IKEA product range and the annual IKEA range cycle
Keep tracking of the shipment at port and accelerating the clearance process with the broker throughout the KPI to deliver the goods to the store at the agreed dates
