Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across various equipment and systems.Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all systems.Test systems and components for safety, reliability, and efficiency.Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory of spare parts.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for parts, tools, or system upgrades.Follow all safety protocols and comply with workplace regulations.Requirements:Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsTroubleshooting and diagnostic skillsHands-on experience with tools, gauges, and technical equipmentAbility to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematicsTime management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving capabilityBasic computer skills for maintenance logs and reportsAbility to work independently and in a teamAdherence to safety protocols and compliance standardsQualifications & Experience:Minimum Qualification: ITI / Vocational / DiplomaPreferred Qualification: Diploma or certification in multiple technical disciplines (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)Experience: 1–3 years in multi-technical maintenance or repair roles
