Multi TechnicianJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Perform repairs and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, and air conditioning.•Complete work orders at rental properties or offices.•Report work performed, parts used, and next steps.•Keep tools, vehicles, and properties clean and organized.•Maintain inventory and report expenses.•Prepare properties for occupancy and inspection reports.•Safeguard supplies, equipment, and tools.•Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed, including office and interior home maintenance.•Represent Deluxe Holiday Homes professionally.•Respond promptly to emergencies, including nights and weekends.•Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications :•Experience in a maintenance role.•Knowledge of HVAC and systems.•Basic carpentry and painting skills.•Ability to prioritize tasks.•Good English communication skills.•Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
