Main Responsibilities:Ability to understand and enable to do any (mechanical, Electrical & plumbing) works of the site assigned.Ability to understand and enable to do any Civil works of the site assigned.Maintenance – checking systems regularly to make sure that they are working efficiently and safelyRaise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk until completionEnsure tasks are completed within cost and target times. Make sure accurate records of actual work carried out are maintained, completing Satisfaction Survey works from Reactive works from Client CustomerTo provide hands on support to the FM Team for all mechanical and electrical tasks.To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Line Manager.Assume other duties as may be assigned by your Line Manager.Assume responsibilities in case the TL or Supervisor is not available.Skills and Qualification Required :Good practical skills and problem solving skillAbilities to follow technical drawing, building plan, wiring diagrams, and plumbing lay outAbilities to work carefully, methodically and safelyAbilities to measure accuratelyGood written and verbal communication skillAbilities to work in a team as well as on your own initiativeGood analytical and evaluation skill
