We are looking for a skilled Mobile Core Performance Engineer to optimize and maintain the performance of our mobile core network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will monitor, analyze, and improve the efficiency of core network elements to ensure high availability, scalability, and quality of service across 4G LTE and 5G networks.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze mobile core network components (EPC, IMS, 5G Core) to ensure optimal performanceIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues and bottlenecksPerform performance testing, benchmarking, and capacity planningCollaborate with network architects, software developers, and operations teams to implement performance improvementsOptimize signaling and data traffic handling in core network elementsDevelop and execute test plans for new network features or upgradesAnalyze network usage and traffic patterns to suggest improvements and capacity enhancementsDocument performance findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with industry standards and operator requirementsSupport deployment and integration of new mobile core technologies and features
