Join our dynamic team as a Mini Bar Attendant at our luxurious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates! Were seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have an exceptional in-room dining experience.Restock and maintain mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring all items are fresh, properly arranged, and fully stockedConduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies or low stock levelsProcess accurate billing for consumed mini bar itemsClean and sanitize mini bar units and surrounding areasRespond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar itemsCollaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar service during room turnoversMaintain detailed records of stock levels, guest consumption, and billingAssist in identifying popular items and suggest improvements to the mini bar offeringEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or special requestsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in basic math and computer operationsAbility to operate mini bar refrigerators and point-of-sale systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanorPhysical ability to lift and carry supplies, and walk for extended periodsKnowledge of food and beverage inventory managementFamiliarity with hotel policies and proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQuick and accurate decision-making skillsMultilingual skills are a plus, given Dubais diverse international clienteleFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysApply
