MicroStation DraftsmanJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Utilize MicroStation to create and maintain detailed engineering drawings for Roads & Highways/Wet & Dry Utilities.•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.•Ensure all designs and drawings adhere to company standards, codes, and regulations.•Conduct regular quality checks to ensure designs are error-free and meet the required specifications.•Assist with the preparation of design documents, reports, and presentations.•Update and maintain project files and documentation in an organized and efficient manner.•Provide support to other team members, including mentoring junior designers or drafters.•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design software or drawing techniques.Desired Candidate Profile:•Associates degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.•Proven experience using MicroStation software in a professional setting (preferably 2+ years).•Strong understanding of CAD design principles and drafting standards.•Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with various departments.•Proficient in design tools and software, including MicroStation, AutoCAD, and other relevant design applications.•Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.•Knowledge of engineering standards and project management practices is a plus.•Must have GCC project/work experience.
