Job Description

DescriptionThis position is for NFPC - UAEJob PurposeThe job holder is responsible to ensure the products of NFPC are available and visible for the consumers according to the agreement signed by the company. Ensure 100% implementation of merchandising, product rotation and availability as per the business development agreement. Minimize all expired stock issues by keeping the Supervisor well informed on the stock status. Seek for the best shelf position, display site and brand blocking opportunities by developing pleasant relationship with the customers.Operational Responsibilities

  1. Visit all outlets in accordance to the route plan.
  2. Order posting of NFPC products by using potable data entry device.
  3. Keep shelves clean and tidy and maintain adequate stock on the shelves.
  4. Merchandise all NFPC products implementing the planograms to maximize visibility.
  5. Ensures the effective expiry management for Fresh and Ambient products is aligned with the objective set by the company.
  6. Implement and follow Planogram.
  7. Ensures the availability of POS (point of sale display) and other in store materials.
  8. Coordinates delivery to selected outlets (coordinate with sales delivery team).
  9. Collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayed.
  10. Maintain the shelves and products on the shelves in good condition and ensure that no expired or damaged products are displayed.
  11. Make sure the stock is properly monitored and available.
  12. Prepares the order on time as per the branch ordering schedule.
  13. Ensure all the price is updated for all the items on display.
  14. Monitors slow moving items and ensures the availability of customer demand items at all time on display.
  15. Report shelf stock shortage, non-moving items to Supervisor.
  16. Ensure GRV handled in an efficient manner.
  17. Collects market information including competitors  activity, new launching and promotions and immediately passing it to line manager.
  18. Act as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problems.
Skills & Qualifications Required
  1. High School Certificate or Bachelors degree holder
  2. 2-3 years experience in Merchandising field
  3. Must have Valid UAE Driving License
