MEP Draftsman (Coordination)Key job responsibilities:Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for all disciplines like, Mechanical (Plumbing & Firefighting)Co-ordination of MEP services with structural beam, false ceiling, ID and other electrical services.Preparation of detail & section for individual and coordinated services.Preparation of builder?s work & slab openings for all MEP services.Drafting plumbing services like sanitary drain, water supply & External network, storm water, pipe routing, drafting plumbing layout and updating section view.Preparation of installation details for plumbing sanitary ware as per approved spec.Preparation of Drainage and water supply for kitchen Equipment?s as per kitchen schedule.Preparation of firefighting & fire alarm drawings as per UAE fire code & NFPA.Handling Multi responsibilities taking over in the company as per the site requirement like design and site supervision of plumbing, firefighting systems.Preparation of Schematic Diagrams.Collecting information from the site and implementing in the as-built drawing. Handling project drawings with the concern engineering Quantity taking for plumbing and fire protection systemPerforms other duties as directed by management, Collaborate with design staff by establishing methods of closer communication and coordination.Excellent co-ordination with inter & other department persons.Prepare as-built drawing, coordinating site installation and making site visit with Sr. Engineer?s.
