MENATI Logistics Operations Manager Do you like to manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services?Are you passionate about Logistics management?Join our International Logistics teamOur Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Collaborate with the bestAs a MENATI Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring & delivers of goods to internal and/or external customers/suppliers. You will develop operational plan/process for own department and contributing to plan of the larger unit. You will lead Logistics tasks, strategy and represent Baker Hughes.As a MENATI Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods
  • Streamline processes and reduce cost.
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Managing logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plan
  • Developing redesigns of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs to ensure we deliver value
  • Elaborating of process improvement are expected taken into consideration for broader functional context.

  • Have completed Bachelor studies.
  • Have relevant professional experience in Logistics
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Strong Team Player.
  • Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Have excellent analytical and organizational skills
