Our success is dependent on our ability to attract, grow and empower talent to create a lasting and recognized legacy.Key job responsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership for large-scale engineering projects (planning, design, installation, commissioning and qualification, launch support)Lead critical path items, dive deep on technical details and provide innovative solutions to resolve issuesAssess and communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teamsPrepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverablesCreate, submit and track the relevant CAPEX documentation to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and best overall valueLead technical design reviews and propose design solutions for material handling and storage solutions that meet both business needs and global design standardsAssist in providing equipment specifications and technical support to procurement and other business partners for best value and competitionCollaborate closely with various internal teams such as World Wide Engineering, Construction, Operations, Reliability Maintenance Engineering, IT and ProcurementThis role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) to locations in MENA and occasionally to international sites. Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related discipline Proven technical leadership and project management experience in developing and executing large scale engineering projects Excellent working knowledge using MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and related software Fluency in English required Ability to lead internal teams and manage vendor relations Strong knowledge about automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions Project execution experience in a construction environment (newbuild) and/or operational environment (buildout) Project Management Professional (PMP)? Certification or equivalent Six Sigma or Lean certification Comprehensive understanding of operational as well as reliability and maintenance processes including relevant software tools Arabic speaker is a plus. German, French, Polish are a plus Flexibility to travel up to 80% of time across projects in MENA
