Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Receptionist Duties:Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.Verify patient information, update records, and process patient check-ins.Manage patient flow and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.Billing Duties:Process insurance claims and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.Review patient accounts for discrepancies and resolve billing issues.Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate coding of procedures.Follow up on unpaid claims and assist with patient billing inquiries.Maintain accurate records of all transactions and insurance communications.Assist with financial reports and statements as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience in healthcare setting, with knowledge of front desk operations and medical billing.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office and software (experience with [Mediware is preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work well with patients, medical staff, and insurance providerscan join immediately or maximum one month.
