Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and stage various types of cancer.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.Administer and manage chemotherapy and other systemic therapies.Monitor patient progress and manage side effects.Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists.Educate patients and their families about treatment options and prognosis.Stay updated on advances in oncology treatments and research.Qualifications:Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).Completion of residency in Medical Oncology.Board certification in Medical Oncology.Strong communication and patient management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
