Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering OR Higher National Certificates (HNCs) and Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) equivalent. Should be Poppins Bold
  • 5 years of Mechanical Fitting experience.
  • Proficient with hand and measuring tools such as micrometres, callipers, and depth gauges.
  • Rotating equipment operation knowledge.
  • Preferred experience dismantling and assembling industrial equipment, gas/steam turbines, Gearboxes, large Fans / Blowers, or similar.
  • Experience working with and assisting with QA / QC inspection teams.
  • Driving License / Forklift License an advantage.
  • Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good in English
Task Description:
  • Read blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical documentation to determine proper work procedures.
  • Proficient in the following: mechanical/technical skills. Excellent oral communication and reporting skills with positive approach to work. Critical Thinking.
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by work assignments.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks and maintain a schedule within operationally challenging environments.
