Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians and site workers.Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.Inspect mechanical work to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors for smooth operations.Prepare reports on work progress, material usage, and manpower requirements.Identify and resolve technical issues, providing guidance to the team.Ensure proper documentation of mechanical maintenance and installation activities.Qualifications & Experience:Experience: 3 - 5 years in mechanical supervision, site maintenance, or industrial projects.Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
