Mechanical QC EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Assist in preparing quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).•Monitor all phases and processes required for effective completion of Mechanical works.•Oversee implementation of Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans related to Mechanical works.•Manage inspection and testing of Mechanical works within assigned responsibilities.•Monitor close out of punch lists for incomplete items related to Mechanical works.•Verify proper use of measurement & testing instruments for Mechanical works.•Witness, review and approve welder qualifications and WPS, PQR qualifications.•Coordinate with 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Companies as needed.•Analyze and evaluate statistical data related to Mechanical works.•Prepare, file, maintain test/inspection records and quality records generated.•Support construction personnel in identifying and resolving Mechanical work-related issues.•Inform the QC Manager of non-conformance occurrences.•Participate in periodic audits under the QC Managers guidance.•Witness NDT and Mechanical testing specified.•Attend Client verification of work on site.•Assist in final document preparation for certification.•Participate in system commissioning as necessary.Qualifications:•Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering•Minimum 15 years of experience (ADNOC experience advantageous)•Fully experienced in O&G project EPC work•Excellent command of the English Language•Knowledge in rotating equipment
