ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and oversee mechanical systems for building construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure mechanical designs align with project requirements.Supervise mechanical installation teams and subcontractors on-site.Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and project reports.Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Conduct site inspections and quality checks on mechanical installations.Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during construction phases.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in building construction companies.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Experience in project management, site supervision, and coordination.Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit , MS Office).
