Key Responsibilities:Review and implement mechanical designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systemsSupervise site installations and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specificationsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issuesConduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and compliancePrepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as requiredEnsure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in building services or mechanical systems (UAE experience preferred)Strong knowledge of mechanical codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA) and local Dubai regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , and other mechanical design toolsExcellent communication, site coordination, and problem-solving skillsCandidates must have relevant experience and be currently based in the UAE, specifically Dubai
