Job Position – Mechanical EngineerCompany Name – PNC ArchitectsWet Services· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specializing in wet services for high-rise buildings, villas, and residential projects.· Education: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. Specialized studies in wet services or building systems is a plus.· Certifications: LEED, ASHRAE, or BREEAM certifications preferred.· Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, stormwater management, sewage systems, fire protection, rainwater harvesting, and water conservation technologies.
