Ability to Service, overhaul and troubleshoot all Volvo machinery, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical, with broad knowledge of electrical, hydraulic schematics. Traveling within UAE, abroad, Onshore/Offshore. Ready to work at end user sites and fieldwork.What you will do? Revenue and ContributionMember of CE service team, assisting in achieving Service Labour and Total Service Revenue in the pre-set sold- hours without anyRedo activities.? Product KnowledgeAdequate knowledge of Volvo construction machines. Aware of structure and functions of machines systems, troubleshooting and disassembly and assembly of machine components. Ready to work at end user sites and field work.? Service & Team supportPositive attitude and a key member of teamwork. Assisting the service team. Sound & efficient in report making with good English communication skills. Committed to the highest level of customer care.? CSIAchievement of CSI objectives for service operations .Required Skills to be successful

  • product knowledge with best trouble shooting skills, overhaul of the Volvo construction equipment components, understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics with troubleshooting skills of electrical and hydraulic problems.
  • Team working, continuous improvement of self and team members.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative. Customer-service oriented. Good Attitude.
About the TeamAs a Master Technician for Volvo Construction Equipment you will be reporting to CE Workshop .SupervisorWhat equips you for the role
  • Higher secondary 12th grade & completed the two years Technical training institute course through Govt recognized institute or Three years Diploma certified course in Mechanical/Automobile stream.
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years? hands on experience with Volvo construction equipment .
  • UAE driving license must
