Buying, Commercial, Finance, Planning, etc.What you will do

  • Manage the creation, maintenance, and retirement of centralized master data objects (items, BOMs, vendors, pricing, etc.) to support product trials, launches and product changes, etc.
  • Support and execute master data creation, updates, and analysis using various systems including, SAP, Master Data validation setup, JDA tool, RPro, PRISM, etc.
  • Manage all Article, Supplier master data, Planning Master requests and set up in line with policy.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on master data integration problems. Recommend and execute corrective action
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom tables in MDM Tool and ERP systems as captured in procedures and policies
  • Cooperate and following up with internal stakeholders to achieve data quality (completeness, consistency, accuracy, integrity) in the Master Data tools
  • Update existing and/or create new process manuals/user guides and instructions for procedures and processes as directed
  • Take part to continuous improvement projects, support requests from other function to assess improvement feasibility

What Equips you for the roleEducation
  • Degree required OR three years or more of Master Data management Role
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor?s Degree or an equivalent in work experience (min 3 years)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Problem Solving & Analytical skills
  • Prioritizing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Job-Specific Skills:
  • Experience in a similar MDM or systems role
  • SAP ERP experience mandatory, RPro / PRISM desired
  • Tableau and Excel Dashboarding desired
