We are looking for a Master Data Administrator who can support and maintain our master data. You will be overall responsible for master data in the Group and you will lead a team of 3 master data assistants. You will work closely with the master data controller in Group HQ. Your tasks would involve:? Leading the master data team in Dubai? Updating and maintaining master data based on business requests? Validation of data to ensure that the information is compliant and supports the business requirements? Investigating and identifying data quality root causes? Responding to changes and disruptions proactively and effectively? Ad hoc administration and accounting related tasksAs a Master Data Administrator, you take on an exciting leading and supporting the master data team in Dubai. You will collaborate with the master data controller in Europe as well as supporting key external and internal stakeholders across our global organisation. Communication with the business, both in everyday life and in projects, is essential, based on business understanding and data. You will be offered initial training to support your understanding of our business and can apply your skills accordingly. The position is full time and based in our office in Dubai. The team will be operated on a roster basis, in order to provide 24/7 support, therefore weekend work and evening work will be expected occasionally.Experience with Navision and Accounting is relevant for this position as well as advanced Microsoft Office and IT skills. Architectural understanding in how Master data systems integrates with other systems will be an advantage, but is not essential.
