Marketing SpecialistJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the overall business goals.?Plan, create content and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, website etc.)?Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.?Create, plan and organise marketing calendars.?Update and manage posts on all social media accounts and respond to followers/ clients.?Promote properties by posting advertisements on multiple listing platforms like Property Finder etc.?Collaborate with content creators to support and update our website design.?Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations as advised by the sales director.?Manage SEO/SEM for the company.?Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead conversion goals.?Work closely with different departments to meet business objectives.?Perform other duties as assigned.Job Details :?Degree in Marketing with at least 3 years of work experience.?Previous work experience in real estate industry is mandatory.?Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media , SEO/SEM and online advertising.?Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word, Powerpoint and Excel?Excellent verbal and written communication in English.?Ability to work effectively in a collaborate team environment.
