Our Client:Our client is seeking a Russian Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the Russian market.The ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical and results-oriented professional who is passionate about developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of the Russian market, consumer behavior and trends, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Russian and English.Responsibilities:. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, product sales and customer acquisition in the Russian market.. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitors and opportunities for growth.. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.. Create and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.. Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize future efforts.. Manage and develop relationships with external agencies and vendors.. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to the Russian market.Requirements:. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Russian market.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making.. Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media platforms and CRM systems..
