• Develop and ensure consistent branding across all collaterals
• Support in creation of landing pages and digital campaigns in coordination with agencies
• Support in managing and organizing an effective rollout plan for communication across marketing and enrolments Campaigns
• Ensure accuracy in all communications and website updates
• Contribute with ideas and suggestions; liaise with all necessary departments (internal and external) to improve and keep the web content up to date
• Assist with Social Media management and reporting
• Coordinate photo and video shoots as required from time to time for all online channels.
• Manage creation of effective marketing/sales collaterals, presentations
• Support in enrolments events through providing required campaigns in coordination with agencies
• Coordinate Parents Relations Executives in Aldar Academies and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service
• Oversee AA Front of House (PREs and Receptionists) in relation to enrolment and marketing requirements for each school
• Supervise the reporting on leads conversions through the call centre and in-school inquiries
• Coordinate with the communications team and agency to source parents? communications templates are updated
• Ensures PREs are well briefed on new schemes, prices and financial plans available
• Collect data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries and ensure the PREs log on CRM is accurate
• Support in monitoring and smooth execution of marketing plans in schools (events, shooting, media visits)
• Ensure marketing collaterals are distributed and well positioned in all schools and regularly updated
• Advise on marketing requirements for schools and tours, advise on vendors and prepare a budget for it
• Act as the link between PREs and FOH and HQ to ensure requirements and feedback is communicated to management
• Perform other duties as requested by direct line reporting Director/managers/ supervisors.
• Represent the ethos and standard of excellence of Aldar Academies to all prospective parents.
• Ensure that Aldar Academies? procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in a related field of specialty

Minimum Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in related role

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

• Native Arabic & good English communication skills, written and oral
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work well in a multi-cultural environment
• Passion for Marketing & Customer Service
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Strong communication skills
