Key Responsibilities:Sales and Financial PlanningProactively contributes to executing the overall sales strategy, plans, and departmental budgets.Together with the wholesale and brand key stakeholders, prepare and align segmentation and differentiation approach based on trade zones, channels, accounts and doors.Keep track on macroeconomics, industry and consumer studies that could be leveraged business wise.Monitor Sales KPIs per channel, account, door in key trade zones.Define Future StrategiesIdentify, evaluate and recommend new sources of advantage and growth for the marketplaceActionable recommendations for senior leadership consideration (including new accounts, new markets, innovative business model)Strategic options built on robust fact base, timely context, and supporting analysisDeliver GCC & Jordan consumer insights led-playbook to activate through intentional product journeys and brand voiceWith the support of cross-functional commercial and brand functions, analyze market and business data (sell-in and sell-out progress, sell-through, discount, markdown and return progress, inventory level, gross margin etc. ) and produce actionable insights.Build and drive cross functional plansSuccessful implementation of robust cross-functional channel plans to win in the GCC & Jordan Marketplace (finance, planning, merchandising, marketing, legal, supply chain, operations)Conduct marketplace assessment to design optimal Digital, Retail and wholesale distribution to balance consumer connection with margin upside.Associated financial outcomes and funding needs, aligned to company finance guardrails.Assess ImpactEvaluate results against the plan & prioritize future actions to deliver commercial successSystems of KPIs and milestones that capture strategic intent and measure progress against itExpert consult – in partnership with Finance, Insights, and business leaders – on diagnosis results and required actionsCoordinates with Logistics Department to track orders and ensure the orders are delivered on time to designated accounts.In order to be successful in this role, you should have:3-5 years job related experience.Diploma or Certificate with a Business or Marketing focus.Track record of leading complex, multi-functional projects to completion across a range of marketplace and consumer insights topics (direct to consumer retail, digital commerce, membership, wholesale distribution, online to offline experience)Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
