Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Manufacturing Unit Assistant to join our team at IIQAF. The role will be responsible for providing overall support and assistance to the manufacturing unit by ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production process by monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of production data, including materials used and product output.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment to assist in the production process.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed.
  • Provide support to other departments as required, including packaging and shipping.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Proficient in using various tools and equipment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and move heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
