Role Purpose:– Responsible for implementing manufacturing and methods and engineering processes to develop, document, validate, maintain and continuously improve processes and manufacturing data to support the delivery of high quality conforming products, under the guidance of the Lead Manufacturing Engineer. Hence, responsible for delivery of conforming engineering definition. Aassist in sustaining production and/or introducing new products.Required Qualifications:– Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role.– Bachelor Degree or higher in an appropriate Engineering discipline from an internationally accredited university (or sufficient documented experience and relevant training in lieu of).– Documented training record for key competencies relevant to work scope, with continued competency development.Job Specific Technical Skills:• Good command of spoken & written English, including technical terminology relevant to aerospace engineering and work scope.• Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of industry standards and practices associated with Airbus and Boeing.• Good computer skills including MS Office and Engineering software relevant to work scope (e.g. Enovia, Catia, Delmia, Nastran, etc.).
