Manufacturing EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.•Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.•Lead and support process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.•Train and mentor production personnel on best practices and standard operating procedures.•Support the implementation of quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.•Monitor and optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.•Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in a production environment.•Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.•Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
