Job Description

Through autonomous aerial robotics, Matternet is on a mission to make access to physical goods as frictionless and universal as access to information.Matternet provides an end-to-end solution integrating the Matternet M2 Drone, the Matternet Station, and the Matternet Cloud Platform. We provide our platform as a service to healthcare, e-commerce and logistics organizations to transport goods on demand, through the air, at a fraction of the time, cost and energy of any other transportation method used today.Join Matternet as Managing Director, Middle East to oversee execution of several pioneering near-term projects, as well as develop and implement our growth strategy in the region. You will work closely with the executive team to oversee customer KPIs, drive market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.You are adept at relationship management and have a strong track record leading diverse, cross-functional teams implementing disruptive technology to achieve ambitious outcomes. You are extensively familiar with the region?s culture and the fast-moving nature of high-growth startups.You will:

  • Own Matternet?s day-to-day relationship with Middle Eastern partners, customers and government agencies, interfacing with contacts that span multiple levels within their organizations
  • Be responsible for meticulous and punctual execution of agreed upon project roadmaps and timelines
  • Foster consensus and resolve organizational barriers between Matternet teams and external stakeholders to keep progress on track, ensure partner / customer satisfaction, and achieve project KPIs
  • Establish plans for future projects in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, appropriately setting expectations and balancing Matternet?s priorities with partner and/or customer needs
  • Refine and advance the strategy for country/city GTM and expansion for the region
  • Synthesize partner and/or customer feedback into clear and actionable recommendations to Matternet?s business, product, and executive teams
  • Coordinate and represent Matternet?s public profile at events and conferences
  • Act with the highest level of integrity, quickly earning trust with internal and external colleagues
