JOB PURPOSE:This post is a targets-driven position, and expectations are that this person would meet or exceed a yearly sales target set by the Etisalat Management, To own, lead, build and manage all aspects of the SMB presence within Etisalat Retail outlets with the focus on revenue generation and making a market for Etisalat’s offerings.Achieve dominant market share for Etisalat by selling products and services through and with our retail stores including resellers and franchise stores. Responsibilities include getting the market share of Retail sales channel, identifying sales champions amongst store and area, defining, and negotiating mutually productive relationships with business customerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Driving SMB results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Business Retail Sales Representatives.Growing your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment through store activity.Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for retail customers.Servicing the needs of the existing customer base.Using sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business.Follow up to customers who interacted in store through prospecting efforts.Identify and execute business strategy for assigned retail segmentPursue professional and personal development to ensure competitive knowledge of the SMB utility segmentMaintaining contracts and reporting.Provide effective sales support to all staff under retail channels …Ensure effective execution of the agreed strategies, tactics and plans for Retail.To build, develop and manage relationships with Alternate channels to achieve strategic objectives.To protect and grow Etisalat counter share in Business (B2B).To negotiate, and close new sales opportunities and create more channels to maximize Etisalat revenue.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration3+ years experience in a position in Business Hubs / creative industries sector and/or business start-upYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
