From flights to fuel, parking to property leasing, and in-flight meals to landside lattes, they make the best of every revenue stream through fresh service propositions.What you’ll deliverYou’ll manage the end-to-end portfolio, including leasing, new tenant onboarding, proactive listing of vacancies, renewals, and rent reviews.You’ll identify stakeholder needs, understand business drivers, and prepare recommendations for line manager approval on changes and new requests.You’ll maintain high property standards, conduct regular inspections, and address risk, safety, and security concerns.You’ll oversee day-to-day relationships with tenants and stakeholders, efficiently handling requests for space and escalating to the head for approval.What you bringYou should be educated to a bachelor’s degree in business administration with 5-7 years of experience.You should have a strong understanding of the key drivers in the property management business, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships, resolve issues, and drive business success.You should be able to demonstrate success in delivering projects and programs within a commercial setting, working efficiently with third parties, and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
