Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure tenants for new and existing properties.Prepare, negotiate, and manage lease agreements, ensuring alignment with companyobjectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.Set and achieve leasing targets to optimize rental income and minimize vacancies.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to advertise available spaces.
