Islamic Studies - Aldar Training Academy - (2200007V)DescriptionAldar Education is currently seeking a Manager- Islamic Studies - Aldar Training Academy to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. Due to planned current and future expansion we are looking to add to our Team supporting our British, US and IB curricula network of schools.The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.Job Purpose

  • To embody the values, vision and ethos of Aldar Education and to assist the School Review, CPD and Support team in delivering policy which will ensure high quality and successful outcomes for all teaching programmes.
  • To support Aldar Training Academy (ATA) and the ATA team in achieving the key teaching and learning objectives for individual schools within the network through supporting the development of a high-quality review system that identifies schools? strengths and areas for development.
  • To support the ATA team and wider HQ in achieving the key business and training objectives of Aldar Training Academy.
