Accountabilities:Design Creation and oversight: Actively contribute to the creation of high-quality visual designs for internal communications, including staff events, corporate communications, and announcements, while overseeing the design and development of materials. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all deliverables. This also includes designing PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and executives for specific events.Overall Support: Manage day-to-day operations related to internal communications, including workload management, project coordination, and liaising directly with internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, to understand project requirements and objectives, providing strategic direction and creative solutions to meet internal communication goals.Project Management: Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design projects within scope and on budget.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Creative Production team, particularly in the realm of internal communications.Multitasking and Efficiency: Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines.Status Reporting: Update reports with the status of ongoing projects and ensure clear communication of progress and issues to relevant stakehoders.Education & Experience:7+ years of experience in graphic design or related field, with demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives through creative excellence.Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of airline industry is advantageous.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
