  • Month / Quarter / YE Reporting
  • Budget / Forecast ? Preparation and submission in FPT
  • Customer Margin reporting
  • Vendor / customer / GL / IC reconciliations
  • Circulation of PDF Reports to Management
  • GL account/ IC Trading Partner creation in DRM
  • Posting invoices and Journal Vouchers
  • Accounts Receivables ? Posting of Commercial Invoices and customer receipts, internal / external AR Reports / preparation of SOAs / customer reconciliations / follow up on overdues / credit notes / expected loss allowance
  • Credit limit management ? internal limits / overtrade / Coface
  • Liquidity Planning PME
  • Assisting in Statutory / internal audit
  • Any other tasks assigned by FD / Senior Manager Finance
Compliance & Tools:
  • Ensure that sufficient internal controls, management rules and procedures are in place in alignment with local law and company regulations.
  • Be responsible for an up-to-date and accurate reporting
KPIs:
  • Budget/Forecast/monthly reports - preparation & reporting ? accuracy & timely submission
  • Variance vs BU/FC, stakeholder meetings to ensure budget numbers are met and management is made aware of the current position at least on monthly basis
  • Cost control, work with business to drive cost control measures
  • Set up policies & procedures and SOPs, automation of processes
  • Inventory control for Wholesale, Accounts Receivables management and measurement/analysis of various KPIs
Education
  • Professional Degree / Certification (e.g., CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA in Finance)
Experience:
  • Experience in Finance role
Specialized skills:
  • Solid skills with MS Office and SAP
  • Very good command of English
