In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our organisations reputation as an employer of choice. You will work closely with the wider TA and HR teams and the Brand and Marketing teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns that both raise general awareness of careers at Etihad and which target the attraction of top talent for specific vacancies now and in the future. Your role will involve leveraging various channels, including social media, employer review sites, and employee testimonials, to communicate our employer value proposition effectivelyEducation & Experience:7-10 years’ experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing within a large, complex organisation Knowledge and understanding of high volume recruitment marketing needs, as well as those for more specific, niche recruitment Experience in developing and articulating Employee Value Propositions Proven experience in campaign design, management and measurement Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques ,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and differentiating campaigns Analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and sentiment Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders High level of expertise with, and knowledge of, various social media platforms, employer review sites, and other relevant channels Highly organised, with strong project and programme management capabilities Knowledge and understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate relationship management technology, video interviewing technology and automation from a branding perspectiveYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
