This role has been created to further Group Compliance advance analytics objectives. The incumbent is responsible for:Manage delivery of compliance use cases with COE and ITWork closely with PO and Business to convert the business requirements into technical specifications.Value assurance and tracking of the use case impact.Production Support, Model Validation, Performance monitoring, and timely RetrainingDevelopment of operational and performance monitoring dashboardsThe incumbent must pose a high level of maturity and demonstrate strong leadership qualities and experience. The incumbent may be asked to participate in industry forums and stay abreast of developments in Compliance analytics and changes in relevant regulations as they become available.On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:Squad managementRollout of use cases, including supporting product owners in liaising with key stakeholders for inputs, progress update and raising of challenges.Value assurance and tracking: Support in value and performance tracking of use case impact (incl. definition and alignment of corresponding financial, operational, and analytical KPIs)Model Support and Maintenance: Single point of contact for operations team to prioritize and resolve any day-to-day issues with model execution by working closely with COE and IT teams.To be successful in this role, you will need thefollowing skills and experience:Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, finance/accounting or mathematics with excellent quantitative skills.At least 5 years of experience in Data analytics, Compliance, Regulatory or Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a role of team lead, team manager, or project manager.At least 3 years of hands-on experience data analysis using tools like SAS, Python, Quality Assurance, and/or statistical analysis.ACAMS or ICA certification are advantageous.Strong analytical skills and able to convert business problems into analytics use case.Strong understanding of key concepts essential to Quality Assurance, Controls, and Audit Trail.Basic knowledge of AML Typologies.Understanding of banking and payments dataStrong knowledge of analytical methods and tools like SAS, Python, Excel etc.What we offer you:Competitive salary packageMarket-leading incentivesStrong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing across the bankPreferential banking facilities for employeesGenerous annual leave entitlement and Private HealthcareWorld-class Learning & Development platform and career developmentYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
