Role and ResponsibilitiesA Snapshot of Your DayWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be required to Lead and managekey/essential B2B projects in MENA with each Subsidiary, coordinating with teams, both internal (Regional, Head quarter) and external (customer, partner, government entity) to secure the project.You will be required to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results while monitoring scopes across schedule, budget and risk to ensure that the project is under control based on Samsung Rules.You will ultimately be required to establish and maintain UAE Government (Specially Construction sector) client?s relationship & Long-term business strategy.Partner, support and collaborate with management in designing, implementing, evaluating and managing assigned projects.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksStructure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with local government, third-party resources, including vendors and researchersAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planProvide regular project status check-ins, progress tracking and updates on deliverables with internal teams, external resources and stakeholders with full partnership with all divisions (Sales & marketing)Leverage strong analytical expertise to fulfil the needed requirementsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Skills and Qualifications:What You?ll NeedAt least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelors degree; or 7 years and a Masters degreePossesses a strong understanding/experience of B2B projects in the electronics industry and dealing with Government office.Experience within a Government office is a must.UAE Construction industry experience is must.Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal.In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.High Documentation Skills plus Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint & Excel is a must).PMP certificate is an advantageCan gauge project requirements to budget time and resources.Risk assessment knowledgeDecisiveness and confidence in their decision-making.Arabic speaker is must (UAE National)You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
