This role will provide executive support to the Chairman and ensure the smooth daily operations of our corporate headquarters.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison and executive support to the Chairman, managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and confidential matters with utmost professionalism. Oversee all administrative functions to maintain efficient office performance and seamless coordination across departments. Facilitate communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. Assist in project documentation and follow-ups with consultants, contractors, and clients within the real estate sector. Supervise administrative staff, ensuring a professional and organized office environment. Manage procurement, logistics, and arrangements for corporate events and business travel. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and summaries as required by the Chairman.Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Fluency in Russian is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern office management tools. High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
