We’re Hiring: Management AccountantAbu Dhabi, UAEEuro Mechanical is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team and support key business operations across multiple units.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts, financial forecasts, and variance analysisSupport annual budgeting, planning, and cost control processesConduct project profitability and margin analysisEnsure timely and accurate reporting aligned with IFRSCollaborate with internal teams to monitor financial performance and cost allocationHandle trade finance-related processes including LCs, bank guarantees, and supplier financingSupport ICV (In-Country Value) reporting, audits, and compliance with ADNOC and government requirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or contracting sectorsStrong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and variance analysisExperience with ICV reporting and coordination with auditors/regulatory bodiesFamiliarity with trade finance instruments (LCs, PBGs, performance bonds, etc.)Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (D365 is a plus)CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is an advantage
