MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:To install, maintain, and repaid plumping systems and fixtures, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water and drainage in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixturesKnowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and pipefittingProficient in reading plans and technical diagramsUse of hand and power toolsProblem-solving and diagnostic skillsknowledge in measuring, cutting, and assembling materialsKnowledge in using woodworking tools and machineryREQUIRED EDUCATION:A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institutionREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:At least 2 years relevant experience preferably in a healthcare settingREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Building management systems and lighting control systemsKnowledge of current wiring regulationsRelevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standardsAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
