Maintenance SupervisorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.•Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.•Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (Plumbers, Painters, Carpenters, Electricians etc.)•Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.•Conduct preventative maintenance work.•Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.•Direct and coordinate construction, maintenance, support, documentation, and related activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and requirements.•Inspect completed civil engineering works and observe, to ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with safety standards.•Inspect and maintain building systems.•Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
