Reports to: Service Operations managerDepartment/Business:Service Operations - SRC Location/Country:Jebel AliDirect reports: SRC Technicians About this job: To lead the onsite execution and of Maintenance Activities, to maximise equipment availability, and performance in line with contractual and cost of ownership requirements.How we make the difference:Manage a dedicated Maintenance Team, applying Aggreko?s standards and HSE policyPerform Maintenance Activities to maintain Asset ReliabilityEnsure all maintenance tasks are completed on time & within BudgetOptimize Maintenance Bill of Materials / Scope of WorkYour key responsibilities:Single Point of Contact for Site ManagementPlan and Schedule daily work for the Maintenance TeamEnsure effective Team leave planningEnsure all Materials are correctly booked to the asset via MMS/M3Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Aggreko standards, by regularly inspecting the quality of work. Manage inventory levels efficiently and effectively in line with lead time and availabilityLiaise and follow up with Supply chain to ensure adequate parts are available to keep down time to a minimum Display Commitment to Operational Excellence ActivitiesDevelops Maintenance Documentation Review Scope of Work / Bill of Materials via lessons learntSound like you? Here?s what you?ll need to demonstrate:Minimum 5 years? experience in a Maintenance Supervision / Leadership roleAbility to read single line and electrical diagramsAbility to read P&IDs Ability to read mechanical drawingsAble to fully understand all plant equipment?sComputer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).The ability to work in a cohesive teamA strong working knowledge of equipment repair proceduresThe knowledge and skills you?ll need to be successful:Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).Ability to withstand pressureStrong Leadership skillsWell organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner.Analytical thinking with attention to detail in complex engineering scenariosGood interpersonal and personnel development skillsThe people you?ll work with:You?ll work with both Aggreko and sub-contractor Technicians to execute onsite maintenance activitiesYou?ll work with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Systems Lead to align priorities based on changing demandYou?ll build strong relationships with interna; and externa; customers to ensure that that the maintenance process works smoothly, and any issues are dealt with collaboratively.Other information you should know:This role is based at Jebel Ali SRC which may require international travel.
