Description:MAINTENANCE FOREMAN. Responsible for planning and scheduling daily and weekly maintenance activities. Establishing priorities for repairs based on safety concerns, risk of damage, or potential loss of business revenue. Training and supervising workers to ensure that they are able to perform their job duties safely and efficiently. Performing hands-on labor tasks such as electrical work, plumbing repairs, painting, etc.. Setting up schedules for various maintenance activities . Maintaining records of all maintenance activities performed by subordinates or contracted outside companies. Reviewing service requests from tenants in order to determine what repairs are needed and when they should be scheduled. Following up with facility management to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget guidelinesDRIVER. Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.. Delivering documents to building in a timely manner.. Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.. Maintaining an organized travel schedule.. Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.. Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
