Job descriptionCharterhouse is working exclusively with an iconic Luxury Fashion Brand who is looking to hire a strong and dynamic Store Manager to lead their lucrative location within one of the major department stores in Dubai Mall.About the roleThis role will be responsible for management, recruitment, training, development and motivation of the team as well as day to day boutique operations and clientelling.To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience across shoes and leather goods category. In addition, it is expected that the Store Manager has a strong business acumen and practice in setting and managing the targets and KPIs.You will have solid understanding of the luxury retail industry and the region. You will also be accountable for the performance of the store at all times. Moreover, this role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage. You will report directly to the Regional Retail Manager for the Middle East Region.About youOur client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires a minimum of 3 years? experience in a similar position for an international luxury brand.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion and strong experience across shoes and leather goods category.
